My Google-fu is failing me today, though it would be a lot easier if I didn’t have to wait five minutes between searching.
Speaking of Google-fu, you may not be aware that you can search the SDMB using Google itself, and not the board’s search engine (and therefore you’re not limited to waiting five minutes between searches).

A couple of months ago. Jerry announced in some post that he had opened the board to Google’s spider. He did mention that it would take a while before they index everything. But I think all recent content is already indexed.
If, for example, you wished to search for all mentions of me on the board, you could go to Google.com and enter “Dewey Finn” site:boards.straightdope.com in the search field.

(Personally, I think it’s a very good idea. A lot of people, including me, use Google almost exclusively, so I hope it will increase traffic to the board.)
