I’m trying for the umteenth time to design a series of web pages to display my daughter’s and pets’ pictures. I put one together and ask my wife her opinion. At first, she didn’t care for my designs (“Don’t like the tables.” “Sorry, dear, that’s the nature of HTML.”) She’s liking them more and more, but I’ve got writer’s block designing the final ones. Can you TMs reply with addresses of your pages you’ve designed, so I can perhaps break through my block? (I don’t want to copy, just get some fresh ideas.) Thanx, Tony ---

I like James Lileks’ pages. More of a photo essay than a thumbnail gallery. I like his pages about the Art of Mr. Frahm. Too funny! ---

Just the rectilinear appearance in general. I appeased her with some new designs with multiple columns that don’t make the mind automatically say “grid”. (These pages are yet to be posted.) ---
