Hey **MSK** , have you considered joining a club, taking a class, volunteering, etc? It’s often non-threatening and you may meet some quality people. I know it sounds like a “Dear Abby” response, but I’ve found some wonderful romantic possibilies in these settings. ---

I certainly don’t expect to “get lucky” in this setting, and any hopes of “getting lucky” are NOT why I am going. I hope at the very least to make some new acquaintances/friends. We’ll see how it goes. ---
