_Awesome_! And I always messed up the rhyme as a child, and it always came out as “_Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peckers_”. I was a stammerer when not saying tongue twisters, so being forced to do it in class was cruel. Or _was_ I? I’d like to believe, now, that instead, I was a visionary. A seer. A prophet. Take _that_, grade 3 English class. Laugh at me, will you? Prostrate in petrified perplexity before me, and my powerful pickled pecker, picked and pickled by Peter Pecker! ---

Not a fan of hot peppers (I only like the sweet ones, really), but even if I were, I don’t think I could eat that. I’d feel like I’m mutilating someone. They’re better just to admire. ---

They always had funky shapes, and naturally, one of them was a pleasant peachy colour and looked very much like a penis - and it had two lumps on the bottom, so it looked like balls. I had washed it and left it on the counter when my husband came home and I heard him call my name. Him: “What the hell is _that_?” Me: “A squash.
