In English… in the original, phallus is very much the normal name for that part of the male sexual organs, it’s only that of the four words involved that one happens to be the one which got more “localized” synonyms. Also, neither the Fallopian tubes nor the uterus happen to be the same as the vagina. What you’re proposing would be equivalent to talking about prostatic imagery. ---

Oh, and it’s pretty subtle, but I personally think Tenacious D’s [Rize Of The Fenix](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/cd/Rize_of_the_Fenix.PNG) album cover has a bit of phallic imagery going on. Maybe it’s just me though. ---
