Old fashioned pharmacies used to have bottles filled with brilliant colored liquids, as a display. What are they called, and how to mix up the fluids in them? ---

Water + a few drops of food colouring. Wear safety goggles and protective clothing, and always ask a responsible adult for permission. ---
