# Photo Annotation Software Recomendations for Windows PC

I love PicSay Pro on my Note II because it’s very easy to just simply add annotations to a photo without having to jump thru hoops; is there something similar available for Windows? Most of the photo editors I’ve looked at are just that, photo editors that concentrate on doing many high level editing features that I am not interested in wading thru. I do not want to do anything to my photos other than make some quick remarks and email it someone (like PicSay Pro does). Any suggestions?

I think Google’s free [Picasa](http://picasa.google.com/) program would work.

Or if you don’t want the album functionality, [Paint.net](http://www.getpaint.net/).
