# Picard - French or British??????

I have an enthinically Chinese colleague from Hong Kong for whom Mandarin was her first language.

She speaks the Queen’s English with impeccable enunciation and accent.

I also have a friend, who grew up with a German mother and an American father, who has a perfect, native German accent and a perfect, native American accent.

It’s not inplausible in the least.
