I didn’t see him mentioned yet…

_The Wire_’s Jimmy McNulty probably votes in police union elections. Maybe he votes for mayor of Baltimore. Otherwise, he couldn’t care less. There was a great scene with Theresa D’Agostino, where Theresa is talking about the 2004 presidential election, and McNulty says something like “what do either of these guys know about what goes on in West Baltimore?” He doesn’t know the first thing about either of them. Theresa is horrified, and she quickly drains her glass of wine so she can get drunk enough to still be able to sleep with him. If you’re sitting across the table from a sexy political advisor and wanting to get into bed with her, and you \*still \*can’t fake an interest in politics, then I’m going to guess you don’t make a special trip to the polling place early on Tuesday morning.
