By the next time I post, I should have the thing home and installed.
What foods turn out better, faster, more evenly cooked in a convection oven?
I want to give it a test run, what shall I cook, cookies? or too easy…Pizza?, what?
What NOT to cook in a convection oven would be helpful too, if there is anything.
(And yes, I realise you can turn the fan on and off. :smack: )

You can bake some mighty good bread in a convection oven. The evenness of the browning is remarkable, and the texture is usually better than that of bread baked in any other way.

If you’re not into breadmaking, just buy some frozen dough. Hot, fresh bread is one of the yummiest things in the world!
