Let’s say I want to bring around PowerPoints and pictures on my Android phone and show them to people on a bigger screen. Are there any of those little “pico” projectors available for Android?

There are a few that work with the iPhone via video-out. What about any that can connect to Android devices through USB, Bluetooth, or WiFi?
