After some quick research of my own - hereis a young Winston Churchill, in similar attire. You have to admit that there is a certain resemblance.

Why, it’s none other than the late, great Mr. Jerry Orbach as El Gallo in The Fantasticks. I should know, as I listened to the original cast recording of same on a nearly endless loop back in 1996 when I played Huckabee in a local production. Good show, that.
