Anyone knows how to make a pie chart with slice heights or lengths that’s proportional to another variable?

E.g.:
[Pie chart with different slice lengths](http://www.dotnetcharting.com/gallery/view.aspx?id=Gallery/e213)
and
[Pie chart with different slice height](http://www.dotnetcharting.com/gallery/view.aspx?id=Gallery/e211)

Is it possible to draw these in excel? Or any other relatively simple program?

I mean, do I need to use something like [gnuplot](http://www.gnuplot.info/) for simple charts like these?

Thank you again in advance for your help.
