OK, I haven’t read the thread, I’m not gonna read the thread, I’m just gonna say:
Get a longer box, let the image spread more before hitting paper.
Or, if you want a wider-angle, use a thinner medium to put the pinhole through (foil, perhaps, to ensure opacity).
