Perhaps too a “pink taco” would imply that the ground beef is not cooked all the way through, thus being more likely to contain e coli? ---

We had something similar happen around here a few years back. A tapas bar on East Broadway opened up with the name Wicked Yeast Infection, and closed a few weeks later. No, not really. I don’t know why I said that. ---
