I dunno. If people like @Martin_Hyde get their way, there will be more and more gun deaths. Why should it only be people with no connection to him that pay the price? Why do you hope that the next person killed by a gun _isn’t_ known by @Martin_Hyde? Do you think that somehow, everyone harmed by gun violence isn’t known by _someone_? The poster isn’t wishing for anyone’s death. That’s going to happen regardless. The poster is only wishing on empathy. That’s not going to happen either. ---

I’d guess very frustrated that the poster in question is explicitly all in favor of unlimited numbers of gun deaths of people he does not know. A total and complete lack of empathy for strangers. An attempt to point this out - in less than stellar fashion. ---
