A distinction without a difference. A racist who is racist because that’s how he grew up is functionally no different than a racist who actively hates. The effect on PoC is the same.

I don’t give a fuck _why_ he’s racist. He very clearly just fucking is. And as that 6-year old slavery thread shows, his current [“Oh, I’ve been educated now” bullshit](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/whites-in-black-majority-countries-do-they-experience-discrimination/960917/51) in the White discrimination thread is worth less than the photons it took to read it.
