On one hand, Mr Stone claims that the pig was " unsuitable for slaughter, referring to him being an uncut boar hog". Apparently, the meat of intact boar hogs is pretty nasty/gamey and considered unfit for eating.
Then he lets his kid gut-shoot him (which often ruins meat even in a nice-tasting animal), then proudly proclaims they are getting 500 to 700 lbs of sausage from it.
“Hey news writers, if you are standing a little taller after Jamison’s story, look down it is because your standing on his shoulders. That’s Ok he is after all a big kid for 11.”

So apaprently, the whole reason for killing the poor animal was so fatboy could get a part in the upcoming Hogzilla movie, that coincidently, :rolleyes: was holding casting calls the same week the “hunt” was arranged.
After being asked on their forums last weekend about what exactly the relationship is between the Stones and the movie, the screenwriter (yeah, I’m not kidding) for the movie posted this in their news section.

Due to the negative responses we have received via e-mail and the out cry for information in our forum , I have been instructed to post this as a statement.
We have tried to stay away from all negativity on our site up to this point and hope to continue to do so.
For legal reasons I will not be permitted to use any names because the other party in question have not given us permission to do so.

Our truth about the AL. pig hoax!
On Tuesday May 22 2007 I received a phone call from a “hog-hunter” asking me to check out this site .
I of course did so and was interested .
When Rick came into the office later that day, I showed him the site as well.
Congratulations had already been posted on the site from others so we decided to send an e-mail as well.
We sent our congrats and an offer to the young man to join the “HOGMEN” a club being formed by
Christopher Griffin to give hog hunters the recognition they deserve .
A reply e-mail was sent , we believed by the child asking us for a BIT PART in our film. After discussion
And based on the fact we already had one hog hunter doing a cameo and where in talks with still another one as well for a cameo we decided sure why not…. This is a 11yr old child for goodness sake. The reply also made note of the negative comments being left to this child.
The next e-mail sent was from us telling the child to keep his head up. And telling the dad to call us the next day to discuss it all.
Call came papers signed on May 25th……days after they had posted us to site as giving him a part. No talk about money ever came about , because we explained there was no money to be made from us until the end of the film. This was told to the party before they could even ask ( even if they had planed to) . ( all funds go to film even from our day to day jobs !)
We were called and told the young man would be on the today show. I posted a note about it on this site!!!
The next day I sat and viewed that whole show ….my whole company sat to view that whole show….I later found out he was on another show….I believing I had made a mistake even posted my apologizes to our fans on this site for having the wrong info.
All this time we had no idea about the photo hoax. We were being told that the “stinky” lady was out to hurt this child. We mean while are getting ugly e-mails via our site with threats not making clear if they are for us or this child.
I completely freaked …. I removed all photos of my own children from all public eye… even my personal my space all comment on there from my girls were also removed. They have not been allowed to use or answer the phone , get or send e-mails , or even leave the house without me or someone I completely trust with them.
I refused to check the “stinky” site because we were led to believe this was a crazy person and I had no intentions on feeding anything negative about us , the other party, or the lady either crazy or not.
We all agreed to stay away from the woman . When we were told by the other party that he had posted
A comment about the “stinky” stuff and asked if we were going to do the same I said no. We did not even read his comments!!!
As the story has unfolded we got less and less info from the other party….then an e-mail comes to my attention from the lady herself!!! We waited most all day…got everyone involved with this company together talked to our attorney then called this journalist and answered her questions.
I sent her all said emails in this statement. I also sent her an email about our URL info.
THE MOVIE IS STILL A GO- I am busy now writing the third installation and making still more script changes to the Legend. Finally this movie is for you ( our fans ) as well as for us and we are standing by our promise to make it the best film we can. Be Blessed : Lithium

The first reponse on their site to this post was incredulity that this piece of incoherent crap was actually written by their screenwriter. A few hours later, both the press release and forums were deleted from their website. Something tells me that this “movie” ain’t happenin’.
p.s. Anyone know what the “call came papers” are, that were allegedly signed?
Still trying to figure out what “call came papers” are. My best guess is maybe it’s some kind of casting call documentation for people who come to audition?
The Hogzilla movie people yanked the above press release off their site and deleted their forums, upon being asked this question. No idea why.
Reference was to the dad being told to call the next day. So I read it as “The * call came, and the * papers *were * signed on…” My mental inserts in italics.
Still, I too find it hard to believe that this illiterate drivel came from a screenwriter.
No surprise that everybody associated with this train wreck is running for cover.
Oh, now I see it. Yes, I’ll bet your analysis is correct.
It just ocurred to me that, in any case, any actual audience for this low-budget “Hogzilla” movie made by a couple of Georgia rednecks (and starring a former prOn actor) probably wouldn’t notice the awful screenwriting. They probably have trouble forming complete sentences themselves.
