Why do you think the Pearl divers of AMA Japan have “evolved” differently from their non-Pearl diving counterparts. Is it because they can tolerate cold and hold their breath longer than most people?

It seems to me like it’s largely a matter of being trained to do these things from an early age, combined with some community selection………women that are good at holding their breath and tolerating cold become pearls divers, those that aren’t pick another way of earning a living in the community. Same with the American Indian communities that specialize in steelwork……it’s not that the balance skills and lack of fear of heights are evolved traits, they are simply taught from a very early age.

Holy fucking shit. Today he posted that both the brain and the testes send out “signals” that the other will be exposed to, so they must be related. Tell me you’ve never heard of the endocrine system without telling me you’ve never heard of the endocrine system. In other words, you have a pre-existing belief in the truth of the nonsensical horseshit barfed up by your defective brain, and you aren’t asking questions in search of discussion and enlightenment, you are simply seeking confirmation.

As I said above, it’s Schrödinger’s science. A real scientist looks at the evidence, analyzes it, and hypothesizes what that evidence indicates and calls it science.

HBDC, on the other hand, gathers evidence, **does not look at it** , does not analyze it, but still spews that it means some “nonsensical horseshit”, and calls it science.

And when he gets called on that, he gets offended.

What the hey. I had “just a bit” of assistance from an AI assistant on this.

{To the tune of _Yankee Doodle_}

🎶
_(Verse 1)
A fellow came to town one day
Believed in things that made no sense
He thought he knew the scientific way
But his knowledge was so immense_

_(Chorus)
Oh, he thinks he knows science well
But he’s just a fool, can’t you see?
He mixes up his facts, oh what a sell
And calls it science, oh dear me!_

_(Verse 2)
He’d talk of atoms and quantum things
But couldn’t tell you what they meant
He’d use big words that had no wings
And called it hypothesis, oh how bent!_

_(Chorus)
Oh, he thinks he knows science well
But he’s just a fool, can’t you see?
He mixes up his facts, oh what a sell
And calls it hypothesis, oh dear me!_

_(Verse 3)
He’d argue theories with no foundation
And claim they were proven right
But his understanding was just a creation
And called it evidence, oh what a sight!_

_(Chorus)
Oh, he thinks he knows science well
But he’s just a fool, can’t you see?
He mixes up his facts, oh what a sell
And calls it evidence, oh dear me!_

_(Verse 4)
He’d debate with experts, all so wise
But his arguments were full of holes
He thought he could see through their lies
And called it science, oh how it rolls!_

_(Chorus)
Oh, he thinks he knows science well
But he’s just a fool, can’t you see?
He mixes up his facts, oh what a sell
And calls it science, oh dear me!_

_(Verse 5)
So let’s learn from this misguided soul
And seek knowledge with a humble heart
For science is a quest for truth, a noble goal
And calling it science is just the start!_

_(Chorus)
Oh, he thought he knew science well
But he was just a fool, couldn’t you see?
He mixed up his facts, oh what a sell
And called it science, oh dear me!_

What you needed was enough information to establish, or eliminate the possibility of, the link you have proposed between the brain, hormones, and the passing of genetic traits.

The brain is linked to everything in your body, that’s not special or interesting.

As I pointed out in my post the connection here is unique. Unlike other organs in the body the blood brain barrier exists here. Besides that, this is already an accepted field of study. Idiots like yourself and other regulars her in the pit have no interest or consideration for quiet lurkers who come here just to browse conversations. I have to wonder how many lurkers we have that are afraid to make a comment because the school yard bullies with the mentality of a bunch of hyenas are just waiting top pounce.
