Besides which, the different branches of government are supposed to work together. I know that, after Trump’s administration, it’s kind of surreal to see government actually working right again, but it can and does happen. ---

NO!!! They are supposed to be diabolically opposed to each other and stop any sort of progress of any sort! Marijuana should FOREVER be illegal because they decided that in the 30s. If one of the branches thinks elsewise, the other two should tamp them the fuck down! There should never be any sort of agreement between the three branches. DUH! ---
