At least the book looks interesting. But i need to get going, I’m cooking for me temple’s “meals on wheels” program today. They had trouble getting volunteers due to some ballgame that’s happening later. 😉 ---

Nice. We do a soup kitchen for those who need it, but it’s an expanded church kitchen, and incredibly tight for the number of us packed in there. ---

It can get a little tight when we separate the tables in the middle (we often create “chicken island” to reduce the risk of cross contamination.) But it’s generally a nice size. And you just have to squeeze a little when the guy calling “hot moving” comes through. I love all the stainless steel and the commercial ovens and the blast freezer. So practical. I like the setup enough that i bought a commercial stainless steel sink for my laundry room, to replace the dying old concrete one (fake soapstone) that couldn’t be repaired. ---
