Wow. This thread has gotten a lot of replies since I checked it last. I just was coming in here to point out that I don’t at all believe Steophan’s routine in ATMB. He couldn’t have been posting here for this long and not understand what the rules mean by “insulting a poster.” This idea that a fact cannot be an insult is just arguing for sport—taking whatever position is convenient at the time. I don’t for a moment believe he believes what he’s saying. I think that’s also what you guy are seeing here with some of his other arguments. I also note that the language “gives you a sad” is clearly designed to be insulting. It’s a common trend among conservative “arguers” who want to put down their opponents. Best I can describe it is that it uses a type of baby talk to imply the person in question is being a baby. It’s also a pretty dumb argument in general, since it in no way argues against **iiandyiiii** ’s position, and in no way actually establishes any inconsistencies in his claimed system of morality. I almost posted this in ATMB, but thought this thread was more appropriate for calling out bullshit. ---

And he knows this, because he’s alleged people were guilty who were acquitted. Heck, I’m pretty sure it was he who brought up OJ Simpson, a well known case of someone acquitted who was guilty.
