jarbabyj, The Bears sucking has little to do with whether or not the season has started, what their record is, who their quarterback may be and everything to do with the fact that they simply suck regardless of time, space or dimension. ---

As long as you’re going to be logical, Gangster :rolleyes: Beagledave is a Packer fan who is fun to trash talk with because he’s able to admit that sometimes the Bears are good, and I even admit to him when the Pack looks good. He’s a good football fan. “sucking regardless of time, space or dimension” is kind of hard to come back to unless we want to go for three pages saying ‘nuh - uh!’ I will always hate Brett Favre as a person, regardless of what team he plays for, but I am also able to see where my team lies in the spectrum, AND where yours is. The NFC North is probably for the Pack to win for the next few years…but I doubt it’ll get you to the Superbowl. ---

P.S. I’m rooting for Chicago. They no longer are in the same division with the Bucs, I like the uniforms, and they have drafted a slew of Gators. Hence, I am required by law to root for them. Rex Grossman could really thrive if he doesn’t get too many concussions too early. He’s got a quick release and a good head. You’ze guys have got Alex Brown still, right? ---

Wilbur Marshall and Neal Anderson played on a pretty decent Da Bears team back in the mid-1980s. Perhaps that wasn’t in this dimension? String theory and all that. ---

Yeah Beagle, I was curious about what dimension the 2001 13-3 season was in as well. Lucky break or no lucky break, they certainly didn’t SUCK two years ago… but whatever. SWAMI PREDICTS BOTH TEAMS LOSING ON SUNDAY! What a way to start the damn season. ---

I don’t know Gangster, but smack talk isn’t really fun unless it’s THE WEEK OF THE GAME (which I’m having a Pack Sucks birthday party this year, complete with Favre, Madden pictures on my dart board 😃 ), or you’re willing to concede ANYTHING. Saying “Bears suck no matter what!” is just…silly. Pack is a great team, and the Bears were great when the Pack sucked, and that’s what makes the rivalry so great. ---

It’s ugly, but I hear from the inside it’s one of the nicest places to see a game, and it has TWICE, TWICE I TELL YOU, the number of bathrooms the old Soldier Field had. Plus, this October, they’re opening it up for free and showing PSYCHO on the big screens! Should be fun 😃 ---
