The trick is not to convert the MAGAs. That is a lost cause. The trick is to motivate the 2/3 that didn’t vote for him to come out and vote in sufficient numbers. ---

Multiple states went for Trump while voting to enshrine abortion rights, or to elect Democratic governors and senators in statewide races. Like you, I am shocked by this fact; I thought that especially after Jan 6, Trump would be rejected by everyone except the most rabid of MAGA folks. Pointing out the lies is, apparently, “telling people they’re dumb”, so that’s off the table. Meanwhile, offering policy solutions is what the _losers_ in this election did. ---

If you knew what kind of a man Trump is and what policies he has pushed the first time and wants now, and you still voted for him or didn’t vote for Harris, you’re at the least willfully uninformed. And that’s that’s being polite. Traitor? Maybe to America. And I won’t sit here say that America is wonderful, but it does deserve much better than Trump.
