An interesting side effect of Lance Trubo’s post on the new board is that now if you look at the post in great debates it now has a little note at the bottom that reads “we now have a winner for West Virginia’s dumbest Lawyer”. I guess we will leave it up to the mods to determine whether this is a bug or a feature given the rules against insulting in GD. ---

I found a sparsely occupied Times Square _reassuring_ that somewhere in the US the pandemic was being taken seriously for a change. Yeah, it’s a different New Year’s Eve, but it’s been a different year altogether. Sorry that one of our local “Ken’s” is put out by wearing masks. Wonder if he objects to socks and underwear, too? ---
