The referendum is over, its was another Culloden, the Union won. It was interesting back in September, but come on. This is literally the only thing you talk about. And it would be actually semi enjoyable if you had something useful to say, but you don’t. Plus talking to him is like speaking to a brick wall, like speaking to someone who believes the moon is made of cheese, and adamantly refuses to listen to reason. ---

The separatists only have to win once. They would run the referendum every day if they could. It’s in their interest to keep pretending that everything is actually about Scottish independence. ---

There are so many topics yet to be explored. What would be the effect of Scottish independence on world potassium markets? On international curling competition? Actually, it wouldn’t make much difference, as Scotland already competes in the World Curling Championship, having founded the men’s championship in 1959 as the Scotch Cup. Scotland has won the men’s championship 5 times since then, and the women’s twice, since it was founded in 1979. The Sassenachs have never won either the men’s or women’s championships. ---
