This is a fun short game that is science based and applicable to our times. We are a virus and we have to destroy our human hosts before they find a cure.

I’ve played this a lot over the last 12 months but now I know so much more it seems inaccurate. Although earlier today when Greenland announced its first case it made me shudder a bit as that is always one of the last pieces to fall when trying to win the game!

I’ve played on Steam quite a bit.

I do recall in the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic medical experts having to actually explain that no, it is\* not\* a good way to understand how real diseases work.

Also, people inadvertently identifying themselves as being either Pandemic or Plague Inc players by whether they made jokes about Madagascar or Greenland.
