[English Wikipedia says it’s 12](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_Europe#Vatican_State) but its only cite is a German book I don’t have access to. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps some other aspect of Vatican law supersedes the age of consent. ---

Admitting (sort of) that you made a mistake doesn’t magically make it go away, and it’s the sort of mistake that pisses a lot of people off, so she told you to make sure not to repeat it. With which I agree. I know it’s hard, but taking the time to write out an actual thread title before mashing the submit button is that little extra touch we all appreciate ever so much. ---
