# Plastic surgery in S. America?

I know of people who have flown to South America to get plastic surgery done dirt-cheap. I know that many countries in South America have excellent doctors, despite the impression many Americans have of the continent. My question is, how does one go about finding a quality doctor? Is there like a travel agency that specializes in this type of thing?
