He was probably just implying it had been long enough and I was being ridiculous for holding back like that on 3rd date. And I was. He’d done everything right on dates 1 and 2. But it’d only been a few weeks since I left a very serious bf but apparently there’s no acceptable reason for “taking it slow” ---
