Don’t know why it would do this. I get a “must close other programs.” The first 3-4 times I loaded, no problem. Now this. The options don’t have a msdos option, but there is a port, irq, and buffer option for soundcard. Anyone have an idea how to get this bad boy to get back to normal? BTW i reinstalled it and didnt; change.

Sounds like Windows 98 or older. Try making a shortcut to the program. Right click on the shortcut, choose the program option and fiddle with the settings under there.
The reason you’re not getting sound in dos is because you probably don’t have dos sound drivers installed. If you tell it not to restart you, you should be okay in windows if it was fine before.

oh lord, that was easy. Thanks guys. I just made a shortcut, went to advanced and unchecked msdos and voila. I thank you and “Day of the Tentacle” thanks you.
