Done. On a related note using a website like monster or facebook to look for employment is a very inefficient approach to it. ---

Survey seems to assume that HR Professionals do all hiring and the rest of us are “job seekers”. Since I’ve never looked for a job via monster or a social networking site, but I’ve interviewed and hired from [monster.com](http://monster.com), should I do the “HR Professional” survey? ---
