Hi

With reference to Trump’s personal ‘fixer’ Michael Cohen, I came across this comment in:

'Trump VERY STUNNED After WSJ Reveals 'His Inauguration Spending Under Criminal Investigation’

15.27 minutes into the program.
## …’cause a lot of people…. make up crimes that they committed in order to plead guilty to them, and become convicted felons. That of course happens all the time

I do not understand what this former prosecutor/commentator is talking about.
