# Please help identify this Cambodian bird

Please help me identify this bird. I’m not finding it in my guides or online. Phnom Penh, mid-December, urban, overlooking dirt/paved/grass parking/soccer pitch. White or light nostril cere? I keep double checking that it’s not a rock dove, but it was smaller than that and the colors and beak shape don’t seem right, though the posture was pigeonish. Thanks in advance.

While it’s difficult to see details, it looks like a Rock Dove to me (particularly because of the irregular coloration).

Not an expert, but how close to the coast is this? The overall shape kind of reminds me of a storm petrel (with the high forehead and small bill), maybe a juvenile (explaining the coloring)?
