It says it works on Steam Deck, but needs graphical settings adjusted. Any idea where you would find out specifics? I’m used to adjusting a game’s graphical settings from within.
Are there sites that log the best settings for the Deck?
Usually, it’s just turning down the settings (in the game itself) so it’s fast enough on the Deck’s limited GPU.
If it requires more tinkering than that, it shouldn’t get a Verified/Playable Steam Deck rating.

Proton is that special software Valve made for Linux gaming compatibility on the Deck. ProtonDB is the community report site associated with it.
Path of Exile 2 tragically decided to remove Mac support for Early Access 
and there’s no telling whether it will come out on GeForce Now during that time. Sigh.
So I ended up getting a HP Victus with a Ryzen 7 and RTX 4070 for myself, despite my usual hesitation with HP. It was a good deal on Cyber Monday ($880 for a RTX 4070 laptop). It’s up to $930 now, which is still decent. Other 4070 laptops are usually in the $1300+ range.
This one does skimp a bit on some things (like only having a 512 GB SSD, 16 gigs of RAM, and slower USB 3.0 USB ports). But the RAM and SSD are easily upgradable.
I’m not really looking forward to having deal with Windows and all its spamware again, but I’ve waited years and years for PoE2 and damned if I’m going to miss Early Access altogether over a little thing like completely different CPU/GPU architectures!
I got my Steam Deck in the mail today. It’s doing some updates, including apparently installing Steam…which I figured would be something it had already done.
Anyway, hope it works well for me. It was only $350 and is the 512GB model.
