Sonar and dive teams found nothing. Husband sent a letter to Gail’s friend, who she sent documents and property, demanding his property back. Very weird. ---

I see Palmgren’s been fired from his job for what looks like an affair with a co-worker (among other things). I am so sorry there’s still no news, and no sign of her car. \*\*Ivory \*\*, you are in my thoughts, I hope you are doing ok… ---

I meant to post about that yesterday. So the allegations of an affair appear to be true. He isn’t the saint some have made him out to be. No sight of her or her truck for this long is so troubling. I hope for the best, but fear the worst. ---

Are they telling the family any more than what the news gets? I’m wondering where (and how) they’ve been searching, because there’s an awful lot of barely accessible land surrounding Chattanooga. I hope they get a lead soon, and I too am hoping against hope for the best. ---

The more I think about it, the creepier it gets. The highway I drive on an almost daily basis runs along the base of the bluff where she was found. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven along, looking over at the woods & cliffs, and wondering if her car was hung up in there somewhere. In truth I thought it’d be found off a cliff somewhere, but on the backside of the mountain where it’s much less densely populated. It turns out I, (and thousands of other people), were indeed looking right at it, only because of the terrain (damned near vertical) and the undergrowth it was well hidden. Now I hope that they can determine for sure whether this was an accident or not. He family and friends will need that I think to be able to come to grips with her death, eventually. My heart goes out to all who loved her. ---
