# Please help me identify this old animated series!

I recall seeing this particular series way back when I was a little boy in south america.

In spanish it was called “Super Agent Cobra” although I never found anything by that name.

It was about one guy who was some sort of space bounty hunter. He had a sort of blaster instead of an arm which drew energy from himself and fired a shot that didn’t miss (it would go around obstacles, through trees, etc). I remeber that one of his arch enemies was this skeleton guy completely encased in impenetrable glass. IIRC his energy blaster was of no use against him so he had to use a six shooter to kill him.

Anyone recognize this series?

Maybe your search was too restrictive, lots of foreign language pages show it. It appears to be a Japanese series made by Tokyo Movie Shinsha. They appear to have called it “Space Adventure Cobra.” It’s available through [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com).
