# please ID this TV drug special

This may be too obscure, but It’s worth a try. In april 1991, there were commercials for some two-hour drug special that was to air on april 15 on Fox around prime time. There was a part of the commercial that really freaked me out. This part was an animation of a football player being stabbed with two syringes, after which he transforms into syringe.  
The commercial also featured a lot of footage of children playing sports. Sound familiar to anyone?
