Just wondering if anyone can identify this very nice piece of music I heard?

I thought was certainly a spaghetti western theme by Ennio Morricone but I couldn’t find it after browsing through those soundtracks (which are all excellent too of course)

Anyway I know I’ve heard this before. It’s about 3-4 minutes long and starts with a single high pitched note that goes on for a few seconds before getting into the main theme. The theme is played simply at first and then again with strings.

The main theme notes are approximately: D D E E F F A D C D
(the last three notes being an octave higher than the start)

Thanks in advance!
