I caught this film on some late night in the early-mid 1980s, on a commercial NYC channel. Takes place on an island somewhere, with a group of people with this kinky, sadistic leader. He keeps the corpse of a tall skinny man in his bedroom up at the castle and has yucky fornication with it when his followers don’t satisfy his sexual yearnings. After the radioactive meteor or whatever hits and all the zombies get up to dance, the leader ends up as the only survivor of zombie slaughter and rushes back to his nice safe bedroom where he finds – yeah – the tall skinny guy sitting on the edge of the bed waiting to screw him to death. Fadeout. I haven’t thought about this flick for years, but the final scene popped into my head yesterday, when I was buying a copy of the long-awaited DVD of _Phantasm_, another horror movie I first watched on late-nite commercial teevee back when I lived in Manhattan. Okay, who’s seen my Zombie/Anal Sex Movie? It probably has a title like _Horror of Zombie Island_. ---

Oh, \*Children Shouldn’t Play with Dead Things \* is definitely it! I even remember the title now. Thank you so much! AND it’s out on DVD, AND it’s extremely cheap! I’m gonna buy a copy, along with _Let’s Scare Jessica to Death_, another early ‘70s cult horror movie-- predating John Carpenter, Stephen King, Jason n’ Freddie, and all the other big guys who came afterward. That one’s under ten bucks, too.
