Mel Brooks’ _Blazing Saddles_ gets a lot of loving, and it was funny, but I thought _Robin Hood: Men in Tights_ and _Spaceballs_ were much funnier. For me Robin Hood: Men in Tights Spaceballs Monty Python and the Holy Grail ---

The movie I most remember laughing at was The Gods Must Be Crazy. It didn’t hold up as well on a second viewing, but I think it might be a comedy that needs to be seen in a crowd. Round it out with Holy Grail and Young Frankenstein. ---

Sheesh, top 3 is leaving out so many movies (many mentioned earlier in this thread) that also make me roar with laughter. But to stick with three, I’ll say: Airplane! South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut Rat Race So many others that are absolutely hilarious, though. Omitting them should not be mistaken for “How could Movie X not make you roar with laughter” material. ---

I think Top Secret is funnier than Airplane (same creators). Bill and Ted is excellent. (The first is the bestest). Interesting that so many here mention Month Python and the Holy Grail. IMHO Holy Grail is better than Life of Brian. So there is one to challenge your theory. Many find Holy Grail a great movie and Life of Brian not so much. I Like Brian but love Grail. ---
