I actually do know a guy who was tattooed when he was a baby. But it was a “family” thing with a family crest that was done privately. It was done in Australia. I’m not certain if the age of consent for tattoos are different there than here. ---

I got hoaxed when I first saw it. I though it was cool because the first line of my second novel is “Little kids shouldn’t get tattoos”. I thought it was a case of life imitating art and therefore my work was art. I guess it isn’t. ---
