# PNW dopers--anyone see a TV news story (circa 01/30/08) re: snow sculpture?

Sorry this is so vague–My wife saw a story on KATU News this AM here in Portland, about a town (she thinks in Washington–Spokane or Yakima?) that had recently received a ton of snow, and in which a local man is creating monumental snow/ice sculptures in his front yard. Does anyone remember seeing this story? I can’t find anything about it on the [KATU.com](http://KATU.com) web site, or elsewhere via Google.
(The reason I’m interested is that she said one of the sculptures was a giant mouse-lizard-Godzilla thingy, which she thought looks a lot like one of my cartoons. We were curious if it was actually inspired by my work, or total coincidence.)

Why not just call KATU in the morning and ask them?
