I apologize, but have to point out that I was not assuming bad faith. Creating a click bait title here in Pedantria was a merit of sorts to me. And it did lead to loads of clicks (AFAIK), for very worthy news. ---

Polish President Andrzej Duda, who is allied with Law and Justice, is delaying until the last possible moment convening parliament post-election and will ask incumbent PM Mateusz Morawiecki to take the first shot at forming a government.
