Not in (nearly all of) the US either. That, however, doesn’t stop some officers from pretending that it is illegal to film them, or from coming up with other nonsense charges to scare and inconvenience those who would film them. I think you would be hard-pressed to find where simply filming an officer even in states with rigid wiretapping laws stood up in court.
