Sure, its somebody’s job. The Chief of Police is pretty sure that’s for the Health Dept, and the Health Dept. is quite certain its a criminal matter. ---

I hope they say no, but if I were the kid up for a different kind of needle in the justice system… When he gets off, pun intended, he should just send a picture of spluge to the precinct that arrested him. See if the get a comparison shot to compare that! Well, it’s WVA, so they’d probably claim the spluge is ectoplasm. 😃 If I were the judge, I’d make it simple. Ask the girl if she sent pictures of herself, ask if she was offended by the response. Ask the boy, if that’s him (or part of him) in the video. He says yes, fine. $200 fine and no more sexting for the both of ya. Hell, they could’ve gotten married in VA at 12 or near that. ---
