# Police "Help" for the Homeless this Christmas

I guess ALL the crime is cleaned up, if they have so much free time to harass people who are already on the ropes.

It gives some pride to British people that Jeremy Corbyn in his Christmas Address promised to make it a priority to house the homeless. Probably followed by industrial strength whining from conservatives, libertarians and Blairite Neoliberals. I didn’t follow. Don’t know of any other world leader mentioning the destitute…  
Nor did the poor seem to come up in the recent presidential campaign. I’m sure that Trump probably slips them 10 or 20 bucks, but he would not care that much; as would Miss Stein — but Hillary as a good Neoliberal who already did a number on welfare, whilst refraining from giving a lecture unpaid, would no doubt hand out a self-help pamphlet. With an addendum on founding one’s own charity foundation.
