I intentionally skipped weighing on all of these, as I don’t see the point when you already have “strongly agree,” as well as the standard weighting system of 5 answers.

Yeah. This test isn’t worth very much, at least for Americans. Even if you allow for different categorizations than usual in America, t’s too inconsistent to be worth anything.
