I prefer Coke to Pepsi, but I also prefer RC to Pepsi. As others said, “Pepsi is too sweet” But I am not one of those who won’t drink Pepsi, if that is what’s around. ---

I rarely drink pop if I can avoid it, but I did once like the orginal Coke with sugar. Anything with HFC is piss. ---

For regular soda, I prefer Coke. Cherry Coke, especially. For diet, I prefer Pepsi. At the moment, though, I’m on a bit of a root beer kick. ---

My preferences go, in order, RC Pepsi Local generic brand Coke Almost anything else, including water Diet anything In practice, I usually end up drinking the generic brand, because even though I like Pepsi or RC better, I don’t like them enough better to pay twice as much for them. ---

Anyone who doesn’t drink Pepsi is a philistine, plain and simple. PHILISTINE I SAY! \*although, I agree, if you’re gonna mix it with rum or whisky, it’s gotta be Coke. ---

Pepsi in cans, Coke from a fountain. (Usually I go with a 7 Up/Spite/lemon-lime, root beer or lemonade before cola) So I didn’t vote. 🙂 ---

In the distant past for a month or two (in the early '80s) I preferred Pepsi, but I think that was just a desire for variety. Before and since it has been Coke all the way. ---

Generally speaking - Pepsi. I like the sweeter taste, and seems less carbonated than coke to me. But when kosher coke is available (it has a yellow cap, and it is made with sucrose, not HFCS) - I get a bunch of 2L bottles of that. It has a different sweetness profile that I like - it is sweeter up front, but doesn’t leave an after taste like HFCS does. I’ve found that some generics (Rally cola, for example) actually taste more like the sucrose based Coke - and its available year round. So, if I had to order things, it goes: 1.
