Always after. If I can’t for some reason, I try to look for a place to wash them and not touch anything on the way. ---

Merely that I don’t touch it as a part of taking a piss.[/TMI] [oh wait the whole thread is TMI] To answer your question, an upward flip of the waistband, repeated once for good measure before going up and over with it, accomplishes the wished-for effect.
